Brand Development and Management
Once a wholly-owned subsidiary of Freehills (lawyers), IKD provides executive and leadership development for in-house, private practice and social justice lawyers. Whilst at Freehills, Cleanskin Marketing developed good working relationships with internal and external partners, developing and coordinating marketing communication strategies and significant direct mail campaigns. Outcomes included
- significant organic growth in public program enrolments
- improved brand recognition
- ‘renovation’ of brand identity and introduction of systems and procedures to manage brand communication
- ensuring the brand was ‘market-ready’ on independence from Freehills in 2008
- primary market research to identify brand health and product development opportunities
Marketing Strategy and Implementation
Cleanskin also assisted IKD with the transition of the business from a subsidiary of Freehills to an independent organisation, and continues to consult with the organisation on strategic and tactical marketing. Recent developments include
- re-branding
- new website
- simplified, streamlined marketing communications – all in-house, cost-effective, easy to administer and highly effective!
- CRM system bought in-house for greater control, flexibility and responsiveness
- on-line payment gateway and event management system
